Order Processing & Cancellations
The duration between placing an order on our website and shipping it out is referred to as order processing. However, this period varies for different products, particularly for custom-made items or those on pre-order.
Please take note that during special occasions, new product releases, restocking, or promotions, there may be delays in order processing times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
It's important to keep in mind that once you have placed an order, there is a brief window for any adjustments or cancellations to be made. If you wish to make any changes or cancellations, kindly inform us by emailing thecarbonindustries@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please be advised that a cancellation fee may apply in some cases and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. At Carbon Industries, we cannot guarantee that any modifications can be made to your order before it is processed for fulfillment. If your order is already being processed, and you no longer desire it, kindly receive it and process a return request to be considered for a refund.
Return Policy
Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Keep in mind we have the right to deny any returns with valid reasoning. Sometimes store credit may be the only option rather than a credit back to the card, it goes case by case.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Do not return items to the manufacturer, you must contact us for the address.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to us & should insure the package because if we receive a damaged product you will not be refunded.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be notified via email/phone if the refund is approved or denied.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to most accepted returns or canceled items.

Fees may be waived at CarbonIndustries discretion in special cases.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon delivery or you were sent the wrong item. To request an exchange, email us with your order details.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your inquiry, and let you know if the refund request is approved or not. If the refund is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds are only eligible up to 30 days after delivery. Refunds for returned, new condition products, will have a 25% restocking fee applied. Custom-made product orders can be canceled within the first hour for a full refund. If you decide to cancel within 1 hour, you have the option of a 75% refund or receiving full in-store credit. Please note that beyond the 1 hour mark, orders for custom-made products cannot be canceled or refunded.
Defects & Damages
When your order is delivered, please check it over, and let us know right away if anything is amiss, broken, or defective so we can address the issue and put things right. Any installation fees or charges imposed by a third-party firm are not our responsibility. Carbon Industries disclaims all liability for any harm to vehicles or persons sustained during installation. It is advised to have the installation done by professionals.
You can track your shipment to see the delivery status. Every package we ship is carefully and professional packed however, mishandling by the shipping company does occur from time to time. If you have opted-in and paid for shipping insurance the value of the package will be covered. For the insurance TO BE VALID, please ensure you inspect your merhcandise carfully. CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT FOR ANY DAMAGE RIGHT AWAY WHILE THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS THERE. IF THERE IS DAMAGE PLEASE REJECT THE SHIPMENT, otherwise your CLAIM WILL BE DENIED. If there are shipping damages, call us immediately, ensure the delivery driver NOTES the damage, take a lot of pictures of both the box and the damage(s). By accepting the package, it is assumed that the merchandise has been delivered in good condition, NO CLAIM can be submitted at this point.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Carbon Industries cannot be held accountable for packages that are misplaced or stolen. In the event that a package is verified as delivered, the customer will be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier if they did not receive the package. Tracking information is sent once a package is shipped, and it is advisable to retrieve the package promptly. In such a situation, it is your obligation to initiate a claim with the postal service. CarbonIndustries cannot provide assistance, and no refund or replacement of the missing or stolen item will be given.
